ERW welded pipe production line fattens the steel after slitting, then enters the forming machine, bends the steel into open pipe by roller, melts the edge of steel strip by using the proximity effect and skin effect of high-frequency current, and extrudes it into closed pipe by squeezing roller and solid state high frequency welder. Straight seam welded pipe production line, also known as ERW mill, is designed to roll steel strips continuously to produce structure pipes of circular, square and rectangular tube such as threading pipe, scaffold pipe, bicycle tube, fitness equipment pipe, low and medium pressure fluid pipe as well as high precision automobile tubes.
