HDPE PE PPR PP PIPE EXTRUSION LINE
This extrusion line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying, etc. The unit consists of a single extruder machine, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary (chipless/non-dust cutter) cutting machine, and stacker. The line can be equipped with a Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet printer to achieve high-grade tubing production.

High-speed screw with 160kW power. Cylinder and screw material: 38CrMoAlA with nitriding depth ≥ 0.6mm for superior wear and corrosion resistance. Features asymmetric slotted barrel design and high-torque gearbox with OMRON temperature control and ABB/Siemens inverters.
Applies a spiral structure with evenly placed flow channels. Compact design provides stable pressure (19-20Mpa) ensuring high pipe quality. Capable of producing single-layer or multi-layer pipes.
Double-chamber structure for precise shaping and cooling. Features strong vacuum function, pressure relief valves, and silencers to ensure standard pipe sizing.
Haul-off unit provides stable traction force tailored to pipe size. The cutter, controlled by Siemens PLC, features high-precision chipless cutting to ensure smooth pipe faces.
