The internal combustion engine fuel injection high-pressure oil pipe is designed according to the boundary conditions given by the OEM. Our professional technical team designs specific parameters including pipe route, heading structure, pipe clamp fixed point, nut structure, pipe specifications, and strengthening parameters.
We maintain a complete incoming material inspection process with advanced equipment: spectrometer, tensile testing machine, endoscope, hardness tester, roughness detector, and metallographic analysis equipment. Zero-defect products are produced through advanced production lines and scientific process control. The reinforced high-pressure oil pipe will not fatigue crack even under harsh working conditions and high torque output.
