What are the main product categories available?
Our products mainly include automotive specialty tools such as engine tools, timing tools, under car tools, brake tools, air conditioning tools, special sockets, compression testers, and precision shafts.
Is OEM customization supported?
Yes, OEM is welcome. Branding, logos, and labels can be customized for both products and packaging, subject to minimum order quantities.
Can product designs be modified upon request?
Yes. Special drawings and designs will be evaluated by our technical department. Any changes in unit costs will be calculated and confirmed with you in advance.
What is the policy regarding samples?
Samples are available. While the product cost and shipping fees are initially charged to the customer, the sample cost will be returned once a formal order is confirmed.
How long is the delivery time for stock items?
Most hot-selling items are in stock. Small quantities of stock items can ship within 5 days, while larger quantities take up to 30 days.
What is the delivery time for non-stock or bulk orders?
For products not currently in stock, small quantities can be shipped within 15 days. Bulk orders typically require between 45 and 65 days for delivery.
